Karissa is a very friendly and outgoing young lady. She enjoys high school and is currently in the JROTC program which she likes very much. Karissa loves animals and has a pet cat named Elvis that she is hoping will be adopted with her! Karissa needs a very special adoptive family who will love her unconditionally and who can set appropriate limits for her while at the same time, encouraging her to become the independent and productive young woman she is becoming.
