Sixteen year old Victoria is an outgoing and gregarious young lady. She enjoys going shopping with friends and going to the movies. She loves animals and would perhaps like to work in a veterinarian’s office or zoo one day. She has also thought about the possibility of becoming a police officer one day. Victoria needs a very special adoptive family who will love and support her and encourage her to become independent while at the same time commit to her for her life time.
