When I met Annie, it was a gray, overcast day. Once she was wheeled in to meet me, my day was brightened.   Annie has pretty blue eyes and rosy, chubby cheeks. Her hair is shoulder length and is brown. She loves to play with her hands and her toys. When she gets excited, she bounces her head around and coos like a bird.   When we went outside and she felt the gentle breeze on her face, I knew in an instant that she enjoys the outdoors and would like to have a forever family that loves to spend time outside.
